Twenty years later, in 1996, Tower 2 was built with 40 rooms and an indoor pool. Then Tower 1, which has 40 rooms and an outdoor pool, was added in 1976. When the Brous Family first took over the Flamingo Motel, it was just the main motel building, which was built by Hugh Wilde in 1962.
